Richard D. Isaiah
Great Lakes Regional Director
A former University of Toledo football Team captain, Rick graduated from UT in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. After playing a year and a half in the NFL, he focused his competitive spirit on Corporate America.
Rick worked for KeyBank for six and a half years as Branch Sales Manager. In 1997, Rick accepted God's call to the ministry and in 1999 moved to Toledo to full-time ministry with FCA. Now an ordained minister, Rick is the Pastor of Tabernacle of Praise church in Maumee. Back with the Rockets for the past two seasons, Rick serves as chaplain for the UT football team and is head of the football ministry for the same team he once played for.
Rick lives in Toledo with his beautiful wife, Tanya, and three children: Richard III, Raevon & Taeylor.
Trish Pyles
Administrative Assistant
Born in Anniston, Alabama and moved to Toledo in 1974. Trish is the mother of two girls, Brianna, Brittanyand one son Branden. Trish attended Libbey High School where she participated in Cheerleading-all four years, Girls Basketball- freshman year and Track - Jr. & Sr. year, graduating in 1980.
Trish currently worships at the Tabernacle of Praise Christian Church, under the leadership of Pastor Rick Isaiah, where she serves as Administrative Assistant/Financial Secretary and as a teacher in the Mountain Climbers Youth Ministry. She joined theFCA Staff on November 1, 2008.
Matthew J. Medina
Northwest Ohio Campus Director
Matthew was born in the Toledo area in 1970. An 1989 Graduate of Oregon Clay High School where he was active in there FCA. Matt is currently working on his Ministry degree at Ohio Christian University. Matt is also a High School baseball coach at Toledo Christian Schools. He is married to his lovely wife Jennifer and they have 2 beautiful boys Micah and Joshua.Matt was hired to the FCA staff July 1 2009
