At TBC we focus on three main components:

• Spiritual Growth
• Leadership Development
• Basketball Skills.

Our mission is to provide young women with the necessary tools to go out and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world, to be strong leaders and women of integrity in their communities and the technical excellence and skills to go to the next level and play college basketball.

We believe to accomplish success in these three areas, our athletes must possess these characteristics:

• Integrity– Demonstrates Christ-like wholeness,privately and publicly.
• Serving– Models Jesus’ example of serving.
• Teamwork– Expresses unity in Christ
• Excellence– Honors and glorifies God in all they do.
